Актуалізація взаємодії страховиків та асистанських компаній у сучасній економіці

Abstract

На основі узагальнення існуючих вітчизняних та зарубіжних поглядів на трактування поняття «асистанс» сформульовано авторське його бачення та подано характеристику видової структури асистанських послуг у розрізі медичних, сервісних, технічних, туристичних, юридичних та інформаційних послуг. Зроблено акцент на виділенні класифікаційних ознак асистансу та сформульовано переваги як для страховиків, так і для страхувальників від взаємодії з асистанськими компаніями. Доведено, що саме подальший розвиток таких інституцій в інфраструктурі українського страхового ринку є необхідністю та вимогою сьогодення. Introduction. The model of the insurance market in which the interest of policyholders subordinated to the interests of insurers (actually ignored altogether) exhausted, and real growth of insurance as the industry is possible only when providing new priority groups of interest over the interests of policyholders insurers, policyholders, satisfaction of quality of insurance products and loyalty to brand of insurance company. All of this is made possible by rapid, complete andeffi cient settlement of insurance claims in the event of their implementation. Purpose. The article aims to study the essence of the concept of “assistance”, the elucidation of its structure and species selection classifications, to find benefits from interaction with assistance companies and to create schematic representation of a procedural mechanism for the settlement of insurance claims by such companies. Methods On the basis of generalization of existing views of domestic and foreign scientist on the interpretation of the term “assistance” author formulated own interpretation of this definition as an activity in which the range of services provided to businesses and individuals, satisfies two requirements: first, the list of services in insurance contract, and secondly, the implementation of an insurance case or other cases where there is a need to approach the special center or the receipt of technical, medical or other assistance in cash or natural-material form. Results In the article the characteristics of species structure of assistance services in terms of health, engineering, tourism, legal and information services are systematized. The emphasis on selecting of classification features of assistance and formulated benefits for insurers and policyholders from interaction with assistance companies are made. Conclusion It is proved that the further development of such institutions in infrastructure Ukrainian insurance market is a necessity and requirement today. In the future, we can only predict the further improvement of interaction of assistance companies and insurers to modernize offered insurance products and to achieve highly competitive position.
