Удосконалення системи управління фінансовим потенціалом підприємств

Abstract

Визначено зміст та трактування поняття «фінансовий потенціал підприємства». Удосконалено технології аналізу та оцінювання фінансового потенціалу, визначено його рівні та окреслено перспективні напрямки підвищення ефективності фінансового потенціалу підприємств харчової промисловості. Розглянуто концептуальні підходи щодо оцінюванняінвестиційної привабливості підприємств та сформован о методику, яка базується на рейтинговій оцінці згідно з бальною системою оцінювання показників фінансово-економічного стану підприємств харчової промисловості. Запропоновано алгоритм аналізу та оцінювання фінансового потенціалу підприємств харчової промисловості, що сприятиме прийняттю управлінських рішень щодо нарощування та забезпечення ефективного використання фінансового потенціалу. Сформовано елементний склад механізму нарощування фінансового потенціалу підприємства. Запропоновано механізм формування додаткових фінансових резервів за напрямками фінансового менеджменту. Окреслено особливості формування стратегії управління фінансовим потенціалом підприємства The dissertation is devoted to research and substantiation of theoretical and methodological aspects of formation of the system of management of financial potential of enterprises The essence of the concept of financial potential of the enterprise is investigated and revealed. The factors that influence the formation of the potential of the enterprise are distinguished. It is proved that the financial potential of the enterprise is a complex system that combines and transforms financial resources and provides the opportunity to use them effectively. The current state and prospects of further development of the food industry of Ukraine are investigated. The main factors influencing the development of the food industry are considered. The structure of production of products by the food industry enterprises for the analyzed period was formed. Average indices of food production have been investigated and conclusions have been drawn that indicate the stabilization of the situation in the industry and the resumption of its economic growth in comparison with the negative trends of previous years. It is proved that the food industry of Ukraine for the analyzed period has positive dynamics in all indicators of production and economic activity of enterprises, namely increase of the number of enterprises, increase of production volumes, increase of profit and profitability, increase of wages. It is noted that domestic enterprises have significant achievements in export activities. The regions with the largest increase in the volume of food production are id entified. It is established that in the food industry there are a large number of enterprises of different sizes and patterns of ownership that compete with each other in regional markets. Prospects for further development of food companies both in the domestic and international markets are outlined.
