| Короткий огляд (реферат): | The process of reformation of jurisdiction in Ukraine which started from the moment of declaration of its independence (August 1991) acquired a real strength after the adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine (June 1996). It is characterized by controversy, complexity, inconsis- tency, instability. The main reasons of this are: a) disagree- ment between principles which are proclaimed and realized in everyday life; b) absence of ideological basis of national strategy of state building; c) constant sharpening of political opposition and d) situation of misunderstanding between the heads of higher bodies of power. At the same time Ukrainian society needs really juridical insurance of guaranties and freedom of its citizens. |
