Економіко- політичні конфлікти на сучасному етапі

Abstract

У статті показано причини (збудники) політичних та економічних конфліктів, проаналізовано основні механізми їх вияву, запропоновано визначення категоріям політичного, економічного конфлікту. Розкрито зв'язок політичних конфліктів з економічними і пояснено, чому вони почали виникати частіше. Досліджено об'єкти та суб'єкти конфліктів та визначено суперечності «економіка-політика», встановлено взаємозв'язок економіки і політики: їх позитивні та негативні характеристики. Розглянуто економічні та політичні конфлікти на прикладі взаємовідносин між Україною та Росією, Росією та іншими країнами. Поставлено питання щодо взаємозв'язку держав між собою. Проаналізовано проблеми формування стабілізаційної економіки в умовах сучасної політичної ситуації в країні. Обґрунтовано необхідність пошуку шляхів виведення країни з кризового становища. Запропоновано проводити історичні паралелі з метою передбачення наслідків таких подій для всіх країн учасників.

The causes (pathogens) of political and economic conflicts are considered in the article. The basic mechanisms of their expression are analysed. We have defined the categories of politica and economic conflict. It has been disclosed the feedback of political conflicts with economic ones. We have provided the explanation of frequent appearance. We have studied objects and subjects of conflicts. The contradictions "economy-politics" are identified. The interrelation between economics and politics, their positive and negative characteristics are defined. Economic and political conflicts in the example of relations between Ukraine and Russia, Russia and other countries are considered. The question of the relationship between the states themselves has been discovered. It has been proved that neither escalating political tensions in Ukraine, nor collapse of the Ukrainian economy, nor the intervention of Russia in Ukraine can become strategically advantageous for the Russian economy. We have paid attention to the fact that those signals that members of the European Union and the United States should give and have given to the Russian government have weakened the consistent destructive policies of the Kremlin. While calculating the cost of Russian trade war against Ukraine, the Russian government must take into account the economic losses, diplomatic conflicts and political tensions in Russia's relations with the West. The problems of the formation of the stabilization of the economy under the conditions of the current political situation in the country are considered. The necessity of finding ways to take the country out of this crisis situation is discussed. It is proposed to draw historical parallels to anticipate the consequences of such events for all the participating countries.
