Нова економіка у розвитку потенціалу європейських цивілізаційно-інтеграційних процесів

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена теоретичному обґрунтуванню парадигми нової економіки. Запропоновано напрями формування нової економіки у розвитку потенціалу європейських цивілізаційно-інтеграційних процесів крізь призму кроскультурних особливостей, що формують сприятливий клімат для розвитку цифрових, інформаційних та інноваційних технологій, які проникають у всі сфери людської діяльності в ХХІ ст. Уточнено поняття «нова економіка» тазапропоновано стратегічні вектори її розвитку в Україні. На основі міждисциплінарного підходу проаналізовано вплив ментальних характеристик на глобальні показники ефективності розвитку нової економіки, а також її структурні характеристики та детермінанти, що розвивають потенціал у європейській цивілізаційно-інтеграційній площин і. Розроблено функціональну модель нової економіки в європейській цивілізаційно-інтеграційній площині. Запропоновано технологічні орієнтири нової економіки та модель електронної держави, що пришвидшить процес її формуванняв Україні. The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of the paradigm of the new economy, the evaluation of practice has been carried out and the directions of new economy formation in the development of the potential of European civilizationintegration processes under the prism of cross -cultural features forming a favourable climate for the development of digital, informational and innovative technologies that penetrate into all spheres human activity in the XXI century. The term “new economy” is specified, the classification of the most dynamic sectors of the countries belonging to the European civilization is proposed.In the research defined, the determinants of the modern develop ment of a new economy of European civilization: the transition to new technologies, the basis of which are information, which multiplies the strength and capabilities of human intelligence; knowledge as a production factor and main resource; dematerializat ion of created products; change in the nature and structure of labour, undergoing transformations under the influence of informatization; the global scale of the new economy, which leads to the elimination of the geographical and national boundaries of the economic space; civil society; inclusive growth; integration processes. Basis of the interdisciplinary approach, the influence of mental characteristics on the global indicators of the efficiency of the development of a new economy, as well as its structural characteristics and determinants, developing the potential in the European civilization-integration plane, are analysed. The research confirmed that the impact of cross-cultural factors on the level of socio-economic development of European civilizatio n is rather significant. It has been established that the Masculinity Index (MAS) has a negative correlation with the Economic Freedom Index and the Global Innovation Index, while GDP (PPP) and the KOF Globalization Index have a small positive correlation, which confirms that cross cultural values form a favourable environment for life in the countries of European civilization. The Unemployment Uncertainty Index (UAI) has a negative correlation with GDP per capita, the Global Innovation Index and the KOF Globalization Index, and a slight positive correlation with the Index of Economic Freedom, which confirms the avoidance of uncertain, unclear situations, observance of strict rules of conduct, trust in traditions, propensity to intra-group consent, intolerance towards people with a different life position and way of thinking. The theoretical and conceptual framework of a new economy in the European civilization-integration plane is developed. The technological orientations of the new economy and the model of the electronic state, which plays a leading role in the development of information infrastructure by transforming the public sector, will accelerate the process of its formation.
