The scientific-methodica) theses of the economy-geographical explorations of the labour potential are deepen. They analiz:e the special features of the usage of the labour potential in the different branches of the economy of the region nowadays. They substantiate the main streamlines of the effective usage of the labour potential in the period of the transferring of the economy to the market relations.
