ГЕОПОЛІТИЧНЕ ПОЗИЦІОНУВАННЯ УКРАЇНИ В СВІТІ У КОНТЕКСТІ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ГЛОБАЛЬНОЇ СИСТЕМИ БЕЗПЕКИ

Abstract

Метою дослідження є висвітлення питання геополітичного та геоекономічного позиціонування України в світі у контексті порушення глобальної системи безпеки на тлі загострення взаємовідносин між Україною та Росією. Методика дослідження полягає у використанні цілого комплексу методів і прийомів наукового пізнання: застосовуючи методологію системного підходу розглянуто основні геополітичні та геоекономічні аспекти конфлікту між Україною та Росією, а на основі статистичного та графічного методу й методів аналізу, узагальнення та діагностики розкрито його вплив на економіки обох держав. Результати дослідження дозволяють оцінити наслідки конфлікту між Україною та Російською Федерацією й визначити обсяги завданої шкоди економіці конфліктуючих країн, а також передбачити можливу загрозу глобальній системі безпеки. Наукова новизна результатів дослідження полягає у теоретичному обґрунтуванні геополітичних та геоекономічних аспектів конфлікту між Україною та Російською Федерацією й визначенні позиції України в світі у контексті забезпечення глобальної системи безпеки. Практична значущість результатів дослідження полягає в тому, що розглянутий у роботі підхід до аналізу політичної ситуації та визначення її впливу на зміну ціни нафти, коливання курсу долара відносно російського рубля та української гривні дозволяє оцінити втрати для економік обох держав. Purpose. The objective of the research is the treatment of the issue of the geopolitical and geo-economic positioning of Ukraine in the world in the context of breaking of the global security system on the background of worsening of the Ukrainian-Russian relations. The methodology of research is based on a complex of methods and approaches to the scientific cognition. Applying the methodology of a systematic approach, the geopolitical and geo-economic aspects of the Ukrainian-Russian conflict were studied. On the basis of the statistical and graphic method as well as methods of analysis, generalization and diagnostics, the conflict’s impact on the economies of both countries has been revealed. Findings. The research results permit to assess the effect of the conflict between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, determine the amount of the inflicted losses to the economies of the countries in the conflict, and foresee a possible threat to the global security system. Originality. Scientific novelty of the research results includes the theoretical grounding of the geopolitical and geo-economic aspects of the Ukrainian-Russian conflict and in determining the Ukraine’s position in the world in the context of ensuring the global security system. Practical value. Practical importance of the research results lies in the fact that the applied approach to the analysis of the political situation and determining its impact on the oil prices and the ruble fluctuation against the dollar and the Ukrainian hryvna permits to assess the losses of the economies of both countries.
