Abstract

АНОТАЦІЯ Самольотов П.В. Формування та реалізація стратегії сталого розвитку гірських територій (на прикладі Українських Карпат). - Рукопис. В дисертаційній роботі досліджувались теоретичні засади, передумови, закономірності переходу суспільства до сталого розвитку та проблеми їх адаптації до специфічних умов гір. Визначено систему класифікаційних ознак та факторів, що характеризують особливості розвитку гірських територій. Проведено аналіз соціально-економічної та екологічної ситуації в гірських районах Українських Карпат, що дозволило зробити висновок про проблемність гірських територій та необхідність активної допомоги з боку держави. Запропоновано методику комплексної оцінки рівня їх розвитку, яка базується на порівнянні умов та результатів розвитку за комплексом ознак на фоні відповідних середньообласних показників. В роботі розроблено концептуальну модель формування стратегії сталого розвитку гірських територій. Розкрито зміст та обгрунтовано структуру соціально-економічного механізму реалізації принципів сталого розвитку. In the dissertation theoretical bases, principals, laws of the transition of society to sustainable development and problems of its adaptation to the specific mountains conditions were researched. The system of classification attributes and factors which characterize features of the development of mountain territories is determined. The thesis includes the analysis of a social, economical and ecological situation in mountain areas of the Ukrainian Carpathians, which has allowed to draw a conclusion on the problematical state of mountain territories and necessity of active government assistance. The complex methodology of mountain areas development that is based on the comparison of conditions and results of development by means of attribute system on respective territorial indicators was degreed. In the dissertation the conceptual model of the formation mountain areas sustainable development strategy is developed. The essence and structure of the social and economic mechanism of the realization of sustainable development principles are determined.
